A Strategic Answer to Your District's Digital Safety Crisis
Tier 1 prevention designed to reduce counselor caseload, hold up to board scrutiny, and produce measurable behavior change built for districts under pressure and framed for any community.
Mission Driven.
Human Centered.
This is not a request for a school to adopt a finished, proven program. It is an invitation to help shape, test, and strengthen a model before it scales.
THREE PRESSURES EVERY ADMINISTRATOR IS NAVIGATING
You Already Know the Problem.
Here's What's Different About Our Answer.
Incident Pressure
Sextortion cases. Viral content. Cyberbullying that starts at home and lands on your principals' desks. When an incident hits, the board wants a strategic answer — not a one-off assembly that students forget in a week.
Counselor Capacity
The national counselor-to-student ratio is 376:1 against a recommended 250:1. 73% of counselors say their mental health responsibilities have escalated. They're triaging — handling the crisis that walks through the door. They have no bandwidth for prevention. A Tier 1 universal program changes that equation.
Program Liability
The March 2025 OCR "Dear Colleague" letter and ongoing parental opposition has made SEL a board-meeting liability in roughly 40% of districts. You need something that delivers the behavioral outcomes without the political risk. That's exactly what our programs are designed to do.
OUR SOLUTION
A Tier 1 Prevention System.
Not Another SEL Program.
Politically Defensible
Our program language centers on digital safety, character, resilience, leadership, and workforce readiness. No contested content. We provide parent communication templates and board presentation support.
Counselor
Load Reduction
We are aiming to occupy the Tier 1 universal layer through building the awareness, identity, and decision-making skills that prevent students from becoming Tier 2/3 cases. Your counselors can stay focused on the clinical intervention only they can provide.
Board-Ready Outcomes
Every program includes pre and post behavioral assessments; not satisfaction surveys. We measure decision-making quality, awareness of pressure, and self-reported confidence. Results are formatted for board presentation and ESSA reporting from the start.
Externally Delivered
Our programs are delivered by trained external facilitators. Teacher preparation is under 15 minutes per session. This is not another thing on your teachers’ plates. Schedule integration: advisory, homeroom, health class, or pull-out is handled in the consultation.
THE PROGRAM SYSTEM
Three Programs.
Grades 6–12 Scope and Sequence.
One Coherent System.
DISTRACTION
ANCHOR
BRIDGE
DISTRACTION PROGRAM
Grades: 6-12
Stage: Entry Point
Digital safety, sextortion prevention, cyberbullying, phone addiction, harmful content. The highest-urgency entry point designed for post-incident response and proactive prevention.
ANCHOR PROGRAM
Grades: 6-12
Stage: Foundation
Character, identity, resilience, and emotional grounding. Builds the foundation that makes all other development sustainable.
BRIDGE
PROGRAM
Grades: 9-12
Stage: Advanced Capability
The workforce-readiness frame that works in any district with any board. Develops decision-making, leadership, and real-world capability; the skills employers say they aren’t finding in recent graduates.
FUNDING OPTIONS
Budget-Defensible at Every Level
Our programs are positioned for multiple funding streams. We provide a funding consultation as part of every district engagement — mapping your specific eligibility before you commit to anything.
Eligible Funding Sources:
- Title IV-A (Student Support and Academic Enrichment) — primary pathway for most districts
- Title I — where student population qualifies
- Bipartisan Safer Communities Act (BSCA) mental health supplement — eligible as prevention programming
- ESSA evidence alignment — supporting state reporting requirements
- CTE funding — for Bridge program in career and technical education programs
Price Benchmarks:
- Single-School Pilot: Starting at $5,000
- Grade-level implementation: $15,000–$25,000
- District-wide multi-year partnership:$40,000–$250,000+
One-off school assemblies on digital safety run $1,500–$5,000.
SEL curricula (Second Step, Character Strong, RULER) run $3,000–$15,000 per school per year for licensing.
Our programs are designed to deliver comprehensive behavior change — not awareness events — at comparable price points, with board-presentable outcomes.
Let's Partner together
What Partnership Involves
We are looking for a school partner that believes the capabilities young people need can still be built — and is prepared to help us learn how to build them well.
What the Foundation Will Provide
The Foundation will work with the selected school to define and support the pilot, including:
- Program delivery
- Facilitator training and materials
- Student learning resources
- Parent and caregiver resources, where appropriate
- Pre- and post-program measurement
- Pilot evaluation and findings
What the School Will Contribute
The selected school will help:
- Identify the students or grade levels best suited for the pilot
- Coordinate scheduling and implementation
- Designate a school contact
- Provide feedback from students and educators
- Help us understand what works, what must improve, and what would be required to expand
Specific responsibilities will be finalized with the selected school before the pilot begins.
IMPLEMENTATION PATHWAYS
Four Ways
to Get Started
Post-Incident Response
Timeline: 30–90 days
For districts that have had a sextortion case, viral incident, or suicide attempt in the past 24 months and are under board pressure to act. Start with Distraction. Implement in 2-4 weeks. Board presentation materials included.
Workforce Readiness
Timeline: Semester
For high schools with board focus on CTE, career preparation, or soft-skills outcomes. Start with Bridge for 11th and 12th grade or college undergrads in their Junior or Senior year.
Prevention-First
Timeline: Semester
For districts that haven’t had a major incident yet and want to get ahead of it. Start with Anchor or Distraction at a single grade level. Build evidence. Scale.
Comprehensive District System
Timeline: Multi-Year
All three programs. Grades 6–12 scope and sequence. Full parent engagement component. Multi-year partnership with ongoing support and reporting.
Frequently Asked Questions
What Administrators
Ask Before Moving Forward
We already have other development & growth programs.
Our programs occupy the digital-safety-specific and workforce-readiness lanes areas most existing programs don't address adequately. We complement your existing infrastructure rather than replacing it. The consultation helps identify where we fit in your current system.
What's the scope and sequence across grade levels?
Distraction and Anchor serve grades 6-12 with age-appropriate content tracks. Bridge serves grades 9-12 in addition to undergrad college students (Junior or Senior year). Together they provide a coherent grades 6–12 scope and sequence that articulates across the district.
Can we use Title IV-A funding?
Title IV-A is the primary funding pathway for most districts. We provide documentation supporting eligibility as part of every district engagement. BSCA and ESSA-alignment documentation are also available.
